It is our mission to empower the underserved Vietnamese community at home and abroad through vision care.
We believe that vision is a basic human right. Whether it's work or play, our clear vision is a gift. In Vietnam, 20.9 million lack this simple gift, and 3 million are children.
Vision is much more than physical perception. Correcting vision helps improves the life of the receiver physically, economically, and personally.
For some, eye care may be too far away or too costly. With free mobile vision clinics, our goal is to overcome those obstacles and match people with a pair of glasses.
We CAN make a difference - a pair of your old glasses improve much more than just the recipient's eyesight. One pair of glasses can create jobs, help children stay more focused in school, fight illiteracy and empower our communities to be self-sustaining long after our time there.
We humbly ask for your help. We are collecting, cleaning, and sorting used glasses to donate to those in need in Vietnam. In partnership with our optometrists, Dr. Jemimah Corpuz, Dr. Huy Hoang, and Jackson Vision Clinic, we have the necessary tools and skills to accurately read and sort each glasses' unique prescription. This process is a costly and inefficient reason that normally hinders the donation of glasses.
